Order Guidance for Buyers
Thank you for your interest in purchasing artwork from Flora Do Fine Arts! Please carefully follow the steps below to complete your order.
1. Placing Your Order
Browse our collection and select the artwork you wish to purchase. Contact us directly through our website or via email at flora.do.arts@gmail.com to confirm availability and receive an invoice with the total cost, including shipping fees.
2. Payment Method
Direct Bank Transfer: We currently only accept payments via direct bank transfer, available worldwide. Once you have received the invoice, please transfer the total amount to our bank account provided in the invoice.
Important: Ensure that the full amount is transferred, and note that any bank fees or currency exchange charges must be covered by the buyer.
3. Payment Confirmation
After you have completed the bank transfer, please email us the transfer receipt to flora.do.arts@gmail.com for confirmation. Your order will only be processed and shipped after we have received the full payment in our account.
4. Shipping
Once we confirm that the payment has been received in full, we will notify you via email and begin processing your order for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
5. Important Notes
Please be aware that orders will not be shipped until we receive the total amount in our bank account. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance. Any import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
