Thank you for your interest in the artwork and inspired products from Flora Do Arts. Whether you choose an original painting, a ceramic art mug, or a thoughtfully curated gift set, we deeply appreciate your support on this journey of sharing beauty and a slower, more mindful way of living.
1. HOW TO ORDER
You can browse available original paintings and art merchandise (gift sets, ceramic mugs, notebooks, art prints, greeting cards, etc.) directly on our website.
Once you’ve found something you love, you may:
Place your order directly through the shopping cart, or
Contact us via email at flora.do.arts@gmail.com to confirm availability and receive a detailed invoice, including shipping fees (if applicable).
2. PAYMENT METHODS
Flora Do Arts currently accepts two payment options:
🔹 Direct Bank Transfer
🔹 PayPal (for international customers)
Once your order is confirmed, we will email you an invoice along with the appropriate bank account information or PayPal address.
Important notes:
Please ensure that the full amount stated in the invoice is paid, including any applicable shipping fees.
All transaction fees, PayPal fees, and currency conversion fees (if any) must be covered by the buyer.
Your order will only be processed after the full payment has been received and confirmed in our account.
3. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once the payment has been completed, kindly send us the payment receipt or a screenshot of the transaction via email: flora.do.arts@gmail.com.
We will verify the transaction and confirm receipt as soon as possible. Orders will only be prepared and shipped once payment is fully verified.
4. SHIPPING & TRACKING
Upon receiving full payment, we will:
– Confirm your payment via email,
– Carefully prepare and pack your order,
– Ship it using a trusted courier service,
– Provide a tracking number for your convenience.
Please note:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures.
All import duties, taxes, or customs-related fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Depending on the product ordered, your package may include:
